Jeffrey V. Lucido, J.D., is the founder of Apex Advocates LLC, providing
litigation and IME support services to plaintiff-side personal injury firms
throughout the New York area.

With over 15 years of experience in personal injury, Jeffrey has worked
extensively across multiple plaintiff personal injury firms, developing a
practical understanding of how cases are built, challenged, and ultimately resolved. He gained early insight into the judicial process while interning under the late Honorable Arthur Shack in Brooklyn Civil Court. He is a graduate of Villanova University and New York Law School.

His perspective is not only professional, but personal. After being involved in a no-fault motor vehicle accident and experiencing the IME process firsthand, Jeffrey saw how easily these examinations can shape — and sometimes distort — the outcome of a claim.

That experience now drives his work. Through Apex Advocates, he
focuses on ensuring that IMEs are properly documented, fairly
conducted, and fully accountable.
